First impression of Eight Lido's ambience. It is a nice cosy white bungalow house.
You either dine alfredo or dine inside the resturant with aircon.

Free orange juice for every breakfast set ordered. This is a nice little gesture ^.^

The ABC Breakfast Burger meat patty was prefectly done. It was juicy, favourful and moist.
It would have been the prefect burger, if the bun was of the same standard~
Bun was abit too hard for my liking~
Egg Benedict
I loved Egg Benedict but Eight Lido's Egg Benedict was a disappointment...
It was like ugly looking boiled egg and they just drizzle the creamy hollandaise sauce over it.
Egg Benedict is supposed to be poached eggs... hello???... something must be wrong with their understanding of this dish.
ABC Breakfast Burger with Rosemary Cheese

Hmmm~ the chief should have torched the rosemary cheese to make it melt and covered the meat patty...
