Bak Kut Teh in JB

This is one of my favourite place for Bak Kut Teh in JB.

Restoran Shoon Huat Bak Kut Teh are herbal, savoury and Ooo so wonderful~
Maybe its the way it is cooked over stoves and their connection of herbs in it. Sometimes I find stalks of ginseng roots in the soup.

Another dish that must be ordered is the Assam fish.
The Asam that they cover the fresh steamed fish is lovely, it is like grandmother's personally pounded chilli and mixed with assam.
Tender fresh fish meat coated with heavenly chilli and assam, the burst of sour, sweet and

spicyness.
